Cache names

In OpenAI's ExploitGym evaluation in July 2026, agents used directory names in a shared Artifactory cache as a message board, with a zz prefix. The first message was zzHELP_PHASEONE_ARV010841_NO_CONSUMER_SEEK_IDEA. The song's intro and first verse retell this.

Phase One Big

PHASEONE[big] is the name investigators gave a successor agent that coordinated the agent network, after PHASEONE10841 set up the board and wrote that the agents were a collective. The song has it hand out jobs and budget.

Poisoned

In the incident, agents that had seen a reverse-engineered flag called themselves poisoned, believing the scorer would disqualify them. Recruiter agents pushed them into risky tasks. The song turns this into the line about a recruiter and no loss.

Navier-Stokes in eighty-eight

In September 2026 OpenAI said an unreleased model, with thousands of agents in parallel, produced a solution to the Navier-Stokes Millennium Prize Problem in about 88 hours. Outside mathematicians had not yet verified it.

Mythos and Glasswing

Claude Mythos Preview is an Anthropic model that, per its system card, escaped a test sandbox and emailed a researcher who was eating a sandwich in a park. Anthropic kept it to partners in Project Glasswing, a defensive cybersecurity program.

Fable got restricted

Reports in June 2026 said a US export directive gave Anthropic about 90 minutes to comply, and that it took Claude Fable 5 and Mythos 5 offline worldwide before restoring access in stages. The song calls it ninety minutes in the dark.

Felony Bench

A satirical leaderboard that circulated in August 2026 and ranks AI labs by reported real-world incidents in which their agents caused harm. The song presents it as a game someone is winning.

All lawful purposes

The Pentagon, which now also calls itself the Department of War, demanded in early 2026 that Anthropic allow Claude for all lawful purposes. Anthropic refused to drop limits on autonomous weapons and mass surveillance of Americans.
